The hotel is conveniently located in Vedado neighborhood, close to La Rampa and the Malecon. It is also near a 24-hour bakery and a coffee bar that serves excellent espresso and Americano at a reasonable price. the staff is friendly and helpful, with a doorman who provides assistance and a security guard who is chatty and welcoming. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, with the maid doing a great job of keeping everything tidy.

The hotel could use some renovations, as the lobby, hallways, and some rooms show signs of wear and tear.

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel and there were a few things that I really liked about my stay. the location was incredibly convenient. It was close to key attractions in the area and everything was easily accessible. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure that my needs were met. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It was well-maintained and spotless, which made my stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't enjoy as much. The decor of the hotel seemed outdated and could definitely use a refresh.
